Mission Accomplished

We would like to congratulate W Bro Graham on completing this amazing task for Charity and exceeding his fundraising target. Donations can still be made!

The Task

Fundraising is something that is not only close to my heart but also a central part of being a Mason. I felt that in completing an arduous activity I could raise some funds to help the organisers of my chosen charities in their efforts.

So I have chose to cycle 200km in a loop from Windsor, visiting 11 of our Masonic Centres along the way to raise money and support a charitable venture which are explained below.

Thames Hospice

Serving the communities of East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire for over 35 years, they provide palliative and end of life care to people 16 and over in their own homes and also in the hospice.

Maggie’s

Founded by Maggie Jencks over 30 years ago they have supported over 4 million people. The idea that people need a calm and friendly space to be in and also to be actively involved in their treatment and have access to the right information and support is central to their mission.

Thank you for your support.

On 16 May I completed a 200km bike ride around Berkshire visiting all the Masonic Centres in aid of Masonic Charity. I am raising funds for Maggies Cancer Care and Thames Hospice. If you wish to support this endeavour

On the page there are links to the Charities and these show the work they do – especially if you are not familiar with Maggies.
