DEPUTY PROVINCIAL GRAND MASTER DESIGNATE

W Bro Richard John Olliver, PGSD, Provincial Grand Master Designate, is pleased to announce that W Bro Graham David Seeman, PGJD, ProvGDC, is to be appointed the next Deputy Provincial Grand Master for the Mark Province of Berkshire.

His investiture will take place at the installation meeting of the Provincial Grand Master Designate at Sindlesham on Friday 13th of September 2013.
