The Provincial Travelling Keystone arrives at Conrad Costin Lodge of MMM No. 1430 – Tuesday 6th November 2018

A total of 24 attended the Conrad Costin Lodge of MMM No 1430 on Tuesday 6th November 2018 which included four members from Cranley Lodge of MMM No. 1616 to witness the Provincial Travelling Keystone being presented. We were under the supervision of W.Bro. Stephen Berkshire, P.G.J.D., Prov.G.D.C., W.Bro. Brian McCormack had taken on the responsibilty of delivering the Keystone at very short notice and had learnt the words and handed over the Keystone in a very sincere manner. The Keystone was received by the Worshipful Master of Conrad Costin Lodge of MMM No. 1430, W.Bro. Robin Gibson and then paraded it around the Lodge. All the members of Cranley Lodge of MMM No. 1616 were made most welcome throughout the evening. It was an enjoyable meeting with a very interesting paper delivered by W.Bro. David Wiltcher entitled ‘The Importance of the Mark for Masonic Degrees’ which was writen by V.W.Bro. Reverend Neville Barker Cryer. This was followed by a good festive board as evidenced by the level and noise of the conversations and the quality of the speeches from the Worshipful Master and W.Bro. Brian McCormack who replied on behalf of the visitors. A very relaxed and enjoyable meeting.
