The PGM RW Bro Richard Olliver visited Pochester Lodge of MMM No. 27 to see his good friend Vince Spiller (2nd right) being Advanced into the Mark Degree. The ceremony was conducted extremely well by the Worshipful Master, W Bro Steve Lyford (middle) and he was ably supported by all his Officers.
It was a particular pleasure for thr PGM as he and Vince had first met at Sandford Springs Golf Club some years ago when he played Vince in the annual match between his club, (Tylney Park GC) and Sandford Springs. They got on extremely well but were unaware that they were both Masons, it wasn’t until the PGM saw Vince at a Craft meeting that the discussion started of how he would enjoy the Mark Degree and of course the rest is history.
