The Travelling Keystone was presented and transferred on Wednesday 12th February 2020 at the Newbury Masonic Centre. The Worshipful Master of Porchester Lodge of MMM No. 27, W.Bro. Lee Farmer received the Travelling Keystone from the Worshipful Master of Wantage Lodge of MMM No. 1207, W.Bro. Henry Bishop. He was accompanied by six members of his Lodge, Bro. Richard Starkey (SW), W.Bro. Peter Kyle (JW), W.Bro. Peter Rushton (Chaplain), W.Bro. Geoff Webb (Secretary), W.Bro. Tim Weekes (DC) and Bro. John Willmott (IG). They were assisted by W.Bro. Mike Warner, Prov.Dep.G.D.C.
A demonstration of an Advancement ceremony was carried out by the Worshipful Master and his team in an excellent manner.
The ceremony was witnessed by the Representative of the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master, W.Bro. Jim Dance, Prov.G.J.O. In attendance were 34 members and guests who then dined at The Newbury and Crookham Golf Club. A most enjoyable evening was enjoyed by all.
