The Deuty Provincial Grand Master, V.W.Bro. Graham David Seemon, P.G.J.O. was Installed in the Chair of the Lodge by W.Bro. Bob Marchbanks. This is the second time V.W.Bro. Graham has been Worshipful Master, the first being in 1998.
