The Provincial Grand Master and Deputy Provincial Grand Master were present to witness W.Bro. Ossie Ostrowski, P.C.N., Prov.R.A.M.G.R. (3rd from right) Install W.Bro. Tony Hardiman, P.C.N., R.A.M.G.R. into the chair of Leopold Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners No. 235. W.Bro. Tony gave up the duties of Scribe, a position he has held for many years, to take up the office of Worshipful Commander for the third time.
