The Provincial Grand Master witnessed W Bro Brian Cook (2nd left) being Installed in the Commanders chair of Old Rectory Lodge of RAM No. 1398 by W Bro Peter Lloyd (far right) for the second time, the first time being in 2012.
The PGM also presented a Royal Ark Mariner Certificate to Bro David West (1st left) who became a member of the degree on Thursday 25th May 2017.
