Both the Provincial Grand Master, RW Bro Richard John Olliver, GMRAC and the Deputy Provincial Grand Master, W Bro Graham Seeman, RAMGR were present at the Installation meeting of the Berkshire & Oxfordshire Installed Commanders Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners No. 1330 which was held at Wallingford on Wednesday 7th December 2016.
W Bro Alan A J Smee, RAMGR (2nd right) was Installed as Commander in a most sincere manner by W Bro Peter Hughes, RAMGR (2nd left). W Bro Alan is one of only five to have been Installed as both Worshipful Master of the Installed Masters Lodge and Worshipful Commander of the Installed Commanders Lodge.
The whole evening was conducted in a wonderful atmosphere which was only complimented by the festive board where all present dined in fraternal affection and concorde.
