Both the PGM, RW Bro Richard Olliver, GMRAC and the DepPGM, W Bro Graham Seeman attended Leopold Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners No. 235 on Monday 26th February 2018 to witness W Bro Silverio Ostrowski Installed as Commander by the outgoing Commander W Bro David Wiltcher. This was W Bro Ossie’s third time in the Commanders chair for Leopold Lodge, first in 2005 and again in 2006.
